Scroll down through your profile dashboard. Then, tap Create Public Profile.
Follow these instructions. Tap Continue, the Get Started button. You will get an on-screen popup message confirming you want to create a public profile. Then, tap Create.
Once you have created your public profile, go back to your profile dashboard and tap My Public Profile to view or add stories, and spotlights and see how other Snapchatters are interacting with your content.
